Ham & Asparagus Strata
2 cups ½ & ½
1 cup whole milk
8 large eggs
1 teaspoon dry mustard
½ teaspoon thyme
½ teaspoon parsley
¼ teaspoon Rosemary
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 loaf crusty bread, cut in cubes (6 cups)
2 cups cubed ham
1 red pepper, chopped
½ c up chopped onion
1 pound asparagus cut in 2” pieces
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Butter a 9 x 13” pan. Mix the first 8 ingredients together. Then mix the next 5 ingredients together. Transfer the ‘5 ingredients’ mix to your pan, then pour in the ‘8 ingredients’ mix. Top with the grated sharp cheddar cheese. (Can cover and chill overnight) Bake (uncovered) 375 degree oven for 55 to 60 minutes or until set. Let set 10 minutes before serving.
